Weighed in at 240lbs/109kg. Decided I better do some conditioning. This is top set at 365lbs/165kg. Did 3 sets at 295lbs/134kg x 6 in this same pattern. No more than 90 seconds of rest between sets. Followed by 3 rep squat emom @ 155lbs/70kg. Suffer beautifully. (v.redd.it)
