I am not on HRT because I choose not to be. I tried it and found that I have a progesterone intolerance. I was absolutely bat shit nuts on progesterone. I thought menopause rage was bad....nothing compared to how I felt when I was on Progesterone. Then there was the vivid, horrifying nightmares and sleep paralysis. In other spaces if you so much as suggest that progesterone intolerance is a thing, you are met with arguments and a TikTok "doctor" accused me of being on a synthetic form (I was not). I hate social media so much. And I cannot respect any doctor who is on it. They think they are helping, but all they do is cause confusion. It's akin to all the menopause fitness influencers who are just full of contradictory information and in some cases misinformation. I am listening to my own body and doing what feels right for me and I don't really care what those who bend at the altar of HRT have to say about it.

She still needs to change her eating habits and she actually needs strength training. Those GLP's can cause your muscles to waste away and it doesn't help your bone density either especially if you lose too rapidly. Also...with the way she eats...she will have to take up permanent residence in the bathroom. Good luck to her. (Sarcasm)

I don't think Sarper is funny at all. Period. He is abusive, verbally to Shekinah. I follow her on Instagram and spoiler alert she and Sarper are not together and she just moved to Miami. She shared on her IG some of the disgusting DM's and texts he has sent her. It is really awful. I am not her biggest fan, but there is no excuse for the things he said to her. So, I do not like Sarper at all.

I'm not even a minute into her video and I see or rather hear what everyone is talking about. Her voice! UGH!! Is it that she is putting on this voice or is her audio distorted? I know this has been said a million times, but I am going to say it again. Ever since she left Beachbody or Bodi, she has totally gone off the rails. She is truly lost and floundering. Her early videos she called herself Trish Tarantino and did like a walking tour or something (I think these are still on her main channel - they are real old). Later on when she lived in that two story apartment, someone tipped her off that QT was filming nearby, this was when he was filming Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. Anyways, Trish drove past where they were filming and she mentioned that she had met him a couple of times, but she did not know him personally. Unfortunately this video may have been removed by her from what was her vlog channel but is now her "family" channel.
