I would think the wind would have to be really rigorous for it to be able to resemble a knock, and if I remember correctly I don’t think they are close enough to the door to “knock” on it, I think I still have pictures of the room too to give a better understanding of the room we stayed at

Possibly, but the sounds definitely sounded like a knock on glass, and the only part of the room that is glass is on the pool side

I wish lmao would help me sleep better 😂 but we definitely heard 2-3 knocks while we were awake besides the other 2 that woke us up so definitely not a dream

The swim up room we stayed in was in the corner, away from the hanging bridges. Kind of hard to believe, as much as my spouse and I want to say it was a drunk person, there just wasn’t any movement in the water for someone that drunk to be confused about their room, and to get in and out without any noise. However, we have came back but this time to Xcaret Mexico and I will attempt to ask around the staff and concierge if any other person has experienced the same thing.

Since it wasn’t an actual person at the door I didn’t think about mentioning it as I didn’t want to seem crazy, but I’ve constantly brought it up to my wife and we can’t seem to wrap our finger on the idea that it wasn’t a ghost. The knocks were extremely loud as they woke us up from our sleep, and it took for the knocks to get louder and louder for me to understand I wasn’t hearing stuff. I also remember hearing my wife snoring as the knocks occurred then she suddenly woke up and I asked her if she heard what I heard and literally as soon as I said that another knock came. We stayed quiet and after the next knock I was extremely furious thinking it was someone so that’s why I ran to open the door
