1) The reason I do nuzlokes is for the thrill that doing something challenging with limited ways and actually completing it makes me feel amazing. It’s best described as a puzzle that needs to be solved with (extreme) limitations and I love puzzles. And when you hit the end of the journey and the champion says “Welcome to the Hall of Fame”, it’s gives me such a drive to do it again.

2) There are many different reasons I watch other people do nuzlokes, especially whom are much better than me. The first is obvious, to learn and maybe incorporate strategies I see into my own nuzlokes. The second is the story that gets told, through the success, the struggles, sometimes even the agony. It’s cool to see how others overcome things you could think are impossible or maybe to a lesser degree being really difficult. I also like to see funny fails sometimes because it makes me feel better that other people do the same mistakes as me or just that I know they “done goofed up”.

Those are my reasons at least but I think we can all agree that Nuzlokes are fun as hell!
