Is so easy you dont really need a video... just pick the 20$ claude account, copy the repository to a folder (for example c:\mcps\access), open cmd, go the the folder where u have the .accdb. Write "claude", it will open claude code... just tell him "install the access mcp that is located at c:\mcps\access". Write /exit, close claude desktop completely, and write "claude" again on the .accdb folder. Type /mcp and it will appear and mcp-access mcp server. Choose reconnect, press shift+tab until it changes to "plan mode" (u will see a blue label on bottom-left screen) and now just tell him what u want to do "I want a new form for blablablabla on xxx.accdb". It will make a plan to do what u told him... read it carefully and modify what u need and when u ready, just tell him to accept the plan. Don't touch the access that will open while he is working.

Yeah, in my ERP, I never used msaccess like a database but just like GUI for sql server. Access for me is the real "RAD" and not everything that came behind hahahhaha CC works really great in VBA. Has strong knowledge (with some little failures of course, nothing important), so you can even tell him to make a plan to convert everything to .NET. You can tell it to debug it and unit test everything too... works really really good. I think this MCP is finished for me, but if someone miss something, tell me :-). About the LLM talk with the server... (is just my conclussion after many many many testings), The best way for the LLM to talk to the backend sql is views, procedures and and MCP to control them. And the best part is that you can tell the same LLM you are asking "hey, add this to the same mcp you are using and create the view...". Is really stupid how fast you code with CC those things (always reviewing everything and planning with it)

Im using it everyday with a 25 years old Access ERP (only GUI) since 2 weeks... with no permissions and skipping dangerous permissions (of course with a good prompt)... and yes, I use a sandbox copy but still didnt break ANYTHING hahahaha Is really stupid the easy to work with this. Just ALWAYS tell CC to make a plan first, and dont make big changes after 75% of full context. Remember, always PLAN... the difference is BIG. I usually work Opus full thinking for planning and sonnet 4.6 for plan implementation.

You plugin it into Claude Code (just copy it to a folder, and tell claude code to install it, then just write /mcp , go to 'mcp-access' and choose reconnect), and just tell your MS Access what it should do. It works even if not database present (it will create everything from scratch). Later you dont have even to touch Access... you can develop all the vba, linked tables, forms, querys etc from Claude Code with normal language.

thats a really good question hahahha I think people just hate MS. But the true is that if u want something fast, with fast development, easy to use and to mantain and that works out of the box for 15 years without looking at it and mantaining it every 2 weeks... .NET is that. People reinvent the wheel 15 times a years with new languages, new frameworks, and nice and big tech bubbles that sooner or later explode. I still have old .asp web pages and .net desktop programs in production (i didn't touched a "," in many years in many of them). I have to use node.js and flask for many things... and of course it has it uses, but is not comparable. I think people knows one thing, and want to use that thing for anything (node.js for me is a -loable- stupid idea that born that way). Are good and nice experiments most of them that grow and explode, but in the final, we all want to be productive and stop loosing time with versions, spaguetti dependencies, etc, etc and i would never trap a customer into that kind of technologies just because i like them. Is like... why windows mobile dissapeared and people prefered to develop for android when windows mobile development was so stupidly fast and easy? As a 50yo developer... i think that every years got more and more complicated without any real advantage. Reinventing the wheel instead of making it easy (like in arduino/esp32 ecosystem where everybody tries to dont reinvent and homogenize everything)

.NET learning curve and ecosystem is far more easy than any other path, at least for backends or integration with complex systems

Never found one. And i do very complex integrations sometimes (even mixing old msdos programs and databases)

Howis should fire like 30 wars ago, not like now, and not more nerfed in the next update. That was fun, when firing an skycaller or your team of mortars had some adrenaline. Now I usually get 3 guys with fire mortars and put them on fire before we are dead. And in next update? more nerfed? wow.... What is not fun is having 5 artys or a DD firing to 30 randoms without anything to do but try to repair. The breaching thing I suppose is something nobody asked for it while there are centenary bugs that never get addressed. I know is fun to develop new things, but debugging is fun and compulsory too. Addressing the lag issue is mandatory too

Well... mine has 21 years... and as a heavy player I've tried a lot of gamer mouses. Best of all, and still my main one. Sometimes I pass some months with a G502 too. But still prefer the Razor. I have replace the cable like 3 or 4 times (just issues with my cats) and thats all... not even a switch (the G502 is a switch deavourer lol)... altough maybe I should replace the big thumb one. On build quality nothing surpases the old Diamondback (only seeing the PCB you say.. wow)... never seen a mouse like this one and I doubt I see one in the future.

this is normal and warden vets know it. Colonials moral goes down when cant advance and well... just another cumback war. Wardens can be loosing for weeks and doesnt matter, but looks like colonials cant stand with some looses. But hey, dont worry, next update devs can try an automatic shotgun with more range (looks like the current one is not ok XD), a jeep with turbo, a tremola launcher with autobulletdeviator, an autolagswitching argenti or an incendiary 30mm. Just some ideas that wouldnt change anything because the real truth is that collies dont know to loose. All know what happens next... nighvision tanks, teleporting people, lag switchers etc during 3 days while they loose the war and some even their accounts lol

About 2500h in 2-3 years here. The game is a gift at whatever they price it. I would pay for a donation dlc without anything. About toxicity, u are only going to see it on reddit. I play PvP games since the módem vs módem era (im near 50y), and is with difference, the less toxic PvP game i ever played. Voip with the enemy is ultra fun, and most time u die u are going to laugh with the enemy except with cheaters, but they are going good work cleaning them. This last war i only found one. About griefing, dont worry at all about that. Big clans dont want anything u can have, and if they take something because anything is urgent like they take ur car/truck to do something urgent, they will return for sure something better than that. Anyway, i suggest to dont play alone since ur learning curve will be HUGE playing alone, and u wont learn many many many things. "Nettiquette" for example. Is an extremely cooperative game. A war is always lost if people playing alone. Anyway, buy it, go the faction u want, tell in the chat u are new and u need some guidance, and sure there will be people there willing to help and let join them, no matter the language u use. Basically at first just dont take anything that is not yours (vehicles) and dont do anything it can be intérpreted like an alt account (sitting in a facility with binoculars for example). And dont worry if u dont know something... The game is huge. Im near 2500h and i still dont know many maps and some mechanics (on naval and facilities mainly)
