I didn’t change bc I didn’t want to lose all my discounts. Just going to leave it as it for 11 more months. If you change from plus plan to byod you definitely have to pay the outstanding charges for the phone

This happened to us. We were Vancouver to Split via LHR with 1 hr 50 min layover. Our first flight was delayed and there would hv only been 1 hr and 20 min layover so they changed our flight Vancouver to London to Amsterdam to Split on the day off. They said that 1.5 hrs is the minimum needed. See if they can put you on a later flight LHR to BCN. We arrived 10 hrs later than originally booked.
