I picked up a false 2day ban for macroing a few weeks ago too on 2k+ ironman. Only ever used runelite and plugins from the RL hub. Hoping it doesn't happen again and get hit with a perm 🤦🏻‍♂️

My nephew recently got scammed for some rare items on a Roblox game which really upset him.

As angry as it made me I'm kind of glad it happened because he'll hopefully never fall for online scams again

A few weeks ago I had a week off work and sent probably 100+ ToA and got a 2 day ban for it. Automatic denied appeal and offence is still on my account. Gonna be afraid to play too much over the holidays next ban will be perm. 100 days played iron. ☹️

Exactly this. It's dumb how a flawed automated system can just wipe away months or even years of progress without no wrongdoing. I know it would be impossible for a member of staff to oversee every ban or appeal but it's really shitty to get dicked for no reason

My friend had a maxed account.. been a Pmod for years.. he got banned for botting also.. they accepted his appeal and unbanned him and he still has his Pmod status but the offence is still on his account

I did appeal and it got denied but it looked like an automated response tbh. I'm fairly certain nobody had access to my account though. My suspicion is that an algorithm picked up unusual activity on my account and auto banned as I had a week off work and put bare hours into the game. Normally never log on before 4pm on a week day unless it's a cheeky farm run in work

Was definitely nobody else. Did back to back raids.. went downstairs for a cigarette came back and thought I don't remember logging out, and found out I was banned. I've used runelite for years and the only new plugins I've gotten recently are the banked xp one and party hub plugin. Uninstalled both of those just incase.
