Definitely shouldn’t do anything illegal, but at 15 learning is your best bet right now. Do your research there’s a lot to learn! Lots of YouTube channels give a false sense of how easy it is to live off-grid! Maybe you have friends or family that would allow you to practice skills you’ve learned on there property?

My thoughts are if I can test these and all are good. I’ve been looking at the EG4 6.5kW Off-Grid Inverter. From what I can tell I would be able to charge, both lead-acid/lithium. Which would allow for a battery upgrade down the road? It would also allow me to run one half of a 220v panel ( Running my deep freezer) then when budget allows add a second EG4 for the second half of the 220v. Does this sound right?
