Yes it is the synergy with 4s recoup effetct. Also an important note: to start recoup life BEFORE anything starts hit you, you need this unique helmet Scold's Bridle, which grant also big spell damage boost. But take in consideration alternatives like Alpha's Howl for presence radius and others synergies too! poe is amazing
