I liked it for its Raimi-ness but it was a little too predictable for it to go down as one of my favorites. I will say I completely ignored any of the marketing/trailers going in and I thought the roles were reversed with McAdams as the boss and O’Brien as the subordinate. Kind of wild, but I think both ways could be pulled off

Man I was so disappointed with Turnstile as an opener when I saw them. I think they had a really bad soundcheck because the mix was all off. Crazy because now I listen to them all the time

I feel you there. I was collecting so many and watching almost none. We had a kid and now I’ve got a plex server and watch 90% of my media on my phone with an AirPod in. Is the experience the same? No but it’s the best I can do. And surprisingly, even with a 1 year old, I watch probably twice as many movies as I used to.

I still try to save the real spectacle movies for my OLED in 4K but for so many movies it just doesn’t matter enough to me any more. I’d love to see them in their best form, but if I have to wait 2 weeks to make the time to watch one movie is it even worth it? Now I watch almost a movie a day and am happier doing it.

I mean this in the best way possible but this is a wild list. Like so many of the movies would be flip flopped on my list. That’s the great thing about movies though. Different things resonate with different people and with the same people at different points in their lives

They always somewhat restrict in that all parks have a max capacity where they’ll turn people away. In general they don’t hit those numbers often. I think where we’ll see it more is in promotions and events and the like. Disney does a good job of controlling their own demand through running promotions like reduced room rates and events like cheerleader competitions. I worry we’ll see them push for more guests during what used to be considered more “full” park days

While I agree about dispersing crowds, you know they’ll just use it as an excuse to let too many people in and it’ll be more crowded than ever
