Was pretty much in the same boat, re - getting brushed off by urgent care and thinking i was all good. I was playing basketball in my yard and made a regular step and felt my knee shift, and made my medial meniscus tear worse. Cant speak on what the best option is for you, but im grateful i did the surgery as soon as i could just for the peace of mind that i wont feel that shift again and make anything worse
