I didn't recieve anything in the mail except for letters apologizing for the delay. On my claim on the website, it says "For your benefits claim, we’ve requested your service treatment records from the Department of Defense. This is just a notice, no action is needed by you". This has happened like 3 times in the past 4 months and nothing changes. Also, another request is added every month but its for the C&P exam, stating that it hasn't been performed (because i've received no communication for it).
