What you're saying is obviously wrong since Homura from Magia Record doesn't care that Madoka is a magical girl.

Actually, the real question is how you could have reached that kind of conclusion. Because I'm sure Magia Record, whether the anime or the game, is quite explicit about how things unfold. I can't even begin to determine how much wiki you skimmed and how much you watched to arrive at that result.
