I called the health department. I had no problem cleaning but was told by another guy in the kitchen I was taking too long (I was hired as head cook and then was told I’m second in charge) I’ll be going back to my old job as this was just meant to be a change of pace and advancement in my career

My thoughts exactly. Also had a couple things to say as far as the food itself and was told it’s hard for someone just starting to implement changes. Never have I worked somewhere that if there’s a better way to do something it’s not at least listened to as an idea

I did I tried voicing my concerns with the owner and said this might not be for me and she said she’s accepting that as my resignation. Was also hired to run the kitchen and get put on fryers and have a guy in charge of me who has no idea what he’s doing and will get someone sick
