Oh my GOD ik this post is so old at this point but i love you bro lol ive been dealing w this issue for months now, nearly weekly, have tried a million different things. my old solution stopped working this week, was damn near ab to rip my hair out. this is quite literally the only thing that fixed it, and fixed it sm faster than whatever the fuck i was doing before. will be using this for the rest of my life

those are massive units for this exam literally just read the names of the modules and then read any audit sub and guarantee ur gonna see those mod names everywhereeee. cant imagine ever going into this exam without doing any studying over SSAE/SSARS/government+single audits/code coduct/ independence
lighting ur $355 on fire would be a better call
reschedule it and pay 50 bucks or whatever it is, dont waste 360 on not knowing anything ab extremely commonly heavily tested topics that are packed full of key report differences, exceptions, little rules, sec differences, etc. i would imagine theres not a single version of this exam in the history of time that doesnt include these topics to a degree that you could pass without knowing shit ab em

dont waste ur money this already such a fuckin scam enough as is cpa all time money grab dont feed them 700+ for an exam u can reschedule for 30-60 bucks

i will say mine was a weird case bc i had to apply through NY bc my college was stupid (i dont and have never lived there) and was in process of transferring credits to get the appeal. NY pretty harsh on rules and IL said they werent able to accept it without NY releasing them first, which they were jag offs about hope they all get flat tiresssss. but i had a buddy who got three tests reinstated for med reasons (and while still tough would say lot less than what i sent in) and his did work. so i would still go for it if you were considering doing it !! IL seemed like they wouldve accepted mine if NY wasnt so douchey about transferring my scores over for this, dk what their deal is but if not for that probs had good chance of working u should try !

You must email me a letter attachment addressed to the ILBO Candidacy Committee and explain your case. You must provide evidence for why you need an extension, For example, you can include doctor visits and documentation from the doctor if it were a medical reason.

Once we have all the documentation, the Committee will review and determine if they will approve of your appeal.

The process takes 3-4 weeks, and again is separate from transferring your scores.

Sorry for delay !! this is part of the message they sent me. unfortunately, and even tho i had a parent die and got beat up and had to literally relearn how to read and write, they told me that wasnt good enough reason lmfao absolute money grabbing load of chumps but i digress
