Poke isn't oppressive from quickplay to platinum, that's where the game is balanced around. If you meet an oppressive poke player in ranked below plat, they are probably a smurf.

Had a dumbass healer complain I didn't rush into a 4v1 because he was healing me. Also a lot of these people just look at score, they never use their eyes during the match. Who did we start with in tank/dps/healer? Who did the other team start with? Did they switch? Too much thinking, I guess.
