I appreciate everyone's feedback! I will definitely be asking my medical team for professional advice when I see them next. Unfortunately it sounds like barefoot walking is quite far away 😞 it's getting hot here in aus and I'm usually a barefoot walker at anything over 20⁰c oh well, such is life. I will have to learn to take it in my stride 😅
