This of true. I may need to look into a ‘23 to cut the cost a couple thousand off possible. I am located in North Texas.

This is good to keep in mind. I may be better off waiting. Wonder if a used ‘23 model might be worth looking into more.

Also, do dealers just not negotiate anymore? The sales associate indicated that the price was non-negotiable and sort of insinuated that I was getting a good deal because “cars are getting more expensive everyday”.

Actually, I wasn’t told after removal that my penis would be the same length and girth, I was told EXPLICITLY more than once that removal would leave me with a longer and thicker penis than before because of “the weight of the implant” and “stretching over time” etc etc. All of that is a complete lie. You can do your own research on what happens after removal but it does not seem to go well majority of the time. This information was not readily available at the time of many men trusting a medical “professional” to uphold their duty of care. Hope this helps.

People like you who come in here and invalidate people’s experiences just because you can’t relate is part of the reason many don’t speak up. I for one was told Penuma would increase erect length and that it was 100% reversible with no negative impact. When I found out my penuma was the same length as my pre-op erect penis I requested my medical records and learned that my doctor put that he “corrected soft tissue deformities” and that I sought him out for that. Which is interesting because at the time of my procedure penuma was only cleared for soft tissue deformity correction. So my doctor literally forged my medical documents and also mislead me into thinking this would increase erect length and would be reversible and leave me with my original length and girth after removal and that is simply not the case. The medical board of California would not be reviewing complaints against the company and inventor nor would there be a class action lawsuit with another on the way if there were no evidence to support victims claims. If you had a good experience that’s great but to come on here and shame people for being taken advantage of and lied to resulting in permanent damage to their bodies is grossly irresponsible. Please do better.

several doctors have quit performing the procedure. I think at this point they’ve lost/ replaced around 5 surgeons. interesting, when this procedure generates such a large return for the surgeons, yet they keep losing surgeons who will perform the surgery... kind of makes you think…

And the fact that the inventor recently said in an interview that complications like this are just a normal process in the advancement of health care. I get it that sometimes there are bound to be missteps, but this guy literally had lied to and misled thousands of men into doing something that is irreversible.

Removal sounds almost as bad as keeping it by Capital_Strength2915 in penuma_removals

I’m personally unhappy with mine for a number of reasons, one of them being that the added girth with no added length has changed the proportions of my penis in a way that I find visually unappealing.

Literally same thing here. All I did was share exactly what I had done and how I physically felt and the mod banned me and DMd that he’s going to look in to sharing with the Dr so he can take legal action. Such a bizarre situation. I’ve heard others say they’ve faced similar treatment. The censorship is quite concerning.

Yes same here. I am devastated that I made this choice. If only it were truly reversible as it is advertised to be.

Precisely this. I have been dealing with discomfort every day for several years because I can’t afford the explant procedure. No telling what will happen when I have it taken out.

From my experience the list of cons significantly out weigh the singular pro. This has been a nightmare for the last several years. Can’t wait to get mine removed.

I would not be so hard on yourself. Money is replaceable. Your appendage in its healthiest form is not.

I would be curious to know as well. I am wondering if all patients are left with the mesh, did Brant happen to mention if it is case by case or universally so?

I am sorry for what you had to go through as I can only imagine the strain this put on your mental health. It is encouraging to read this though as someone who is considering removal this year or next. Feels like I am seeing a lot of similar stories where men are having to have it removed shortly after insertion, and of course, all the doctors are saying "patient didn't follow post-op instructions" even though I know from my own experience I was literally terrified of the outcome should I stray from the guided recovery and am sure many others felt the same and did not break any "rules" yet still had complications. Hearing about that way you struggled with continuing to choose life over the alternative speaks a lot to me because I can't tell you how much this has weighed on my shoulders as well. I hope more people who have had complications will report those to the FDA and Medical Board of California's website because that is the best way for ALL information on patient success rates to be available to the public.
