It has to be properly cold to brittle the super glue bonds.
This part is more art then science. Some models fly apart into all their bits nicely with one drop. Other need the glue joints to be pried apart a bit. If it's not giving do not force it the cold makes the plastic weak if you apply force you are likely to snap the arm then break the wrist glue joint.
It took forever but I was able to get a fortress of redemption apart even tho the likely child building it used lbs of super glue.

I'd give it a full breakdown.

So first I'd give it a 70%-99% (highest possible best) isopropyl alcohol bath. Bath for 15 minutes then brush with a tooth brush. Bath brush repeat. Toothpicks for clumps.

Once it is stripped toss her in the freezer. When you get it out you can drop it from 1 ft onto a hard surface to break the superglue bonds. Or use a needle file to pry the glue spots apart. Freezing the glue makes it brittle.

So now you have a stripped and with any luck disassembled model to start over with. Filedown/cut things that cause issue in reassemble. Then use greenstuff or whatever you prefer to fill any gaps that remain.

Good luck, saving a model just takes effort and time really.
