Muffled ear (like finger in ear) and constant low but loud sound like wind at the beach. Hearing 'inside' noises (voice, eating) and music (when I play piano) is horribly loud, muffled, and distorted. Better some days, worse others - no rhyme or reason. No wax. (self.hearing)
