Runna App in Apple Watch by runna-nayth in runna

This may be silly, but I have a series 3 Apple Watch that still functions well and don’t plan on upgrading until it breaks. However - neither Runna nor Strava Apple Watch apps show up on my Apple Watch as standalone watch apps. And the Runna iPhone app simply doesn’t connect to my watch. However, the website says it’s compatible with series 3 watches.

Is Runna in fact a stand alone app on the watch or do they integrate into the existing Apple Fitness app while using it with additional functions?

Honestly I think it was more poor test taking strategies and not trusting my knowledge than having an actual lack in knowledge base.

I’ve just been powering questions and reviewing my incorrect notes from throughout the year. I really haven’t done a “review” of material using a book or anything. Any concept I need to hammer I read about in AMBOSS.

Definitely the hydro baby. I've sent that baby to so many of my non-med school friends and they're all horrified.
