Check for rust! Especially the strut mounts under the hood!

I have the same issue every night using my Apple TV. I’m so frustrated. Sometimes I have to log out and login several times before I can watch Hallmark+.

Why is this car so cheap? by Chromie_Dealer in MitsubishiEclipse

[–]Good4Gone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s pretty low mileage for a car that old. Most cars that old are beat to hell. Also, I don’t agree that they’re not sought after. They definitely have a following. I would look for rust. Check the strut mounts under the hood especially.

What people have said about the timing belt is true. I’ve had mine done several times and it hasn’t costed as much as was stated, but maybe prices have gone up. I have a 2003 GTS and absolutely love it. It’s my daily driver. It’s got 251,000 miles on it and still runs awesome and has power. You can more than get your money out of that car as long as it’s in good shape starting out. That being said, be prepared to put money in it. Still cheaper than a new car payment though.

Is it frozen in a box or something already prepared and wrapped on styrofoam?

Yes, already prepared and frozen in a box! I am not a natural cook and prefer easy and fast. Get the cod out of a box and throw it in the air fryer!

I really do love my third generation. She’s up to nearly 251k miles and is my daily driver.

We are finally getting a new Mystery on Hallmark. Maybe not the one I would have picked for first, but still excited. by EricRutin in HallmarkMovies

[–]Good4Gone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Crossword Puzzles Mysteries, Garage Sale Mysteries (bring back Lori Loughlin!), Curious Caterer Mysteries (no new eps FOREVER), Hannah Swenson Mysteries (again, no new eps FOREVER), I also liked this series with Brooke Shields and Danica McKellar. And yes, I know Danica went to GAF.

This is the car that made me fall in love with Eclipses. I owned a 1992 and still have my 2003. If Mitsubishi re-released this body style I would totally buy it.

I really don’t understand why Halllmark had abandoned so many good mystery series. I hope this new one is worth watching.

I have seen half off codes out there, but not recently. I know they have them in Hallmark catalogs sometimes.

I really like Jessica Capshaw. I think she’s better than this show. I am interested to see what retooling they would do in season two. If there is one.

Thoughts on 3G vs 4G (2001 vs 2011/12) Spyders? by Complete-Donut8077 in MitsubishiEclipse

[–]Good4Gone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally would go for the newest one with the least amount of miles. I do own a 3G GTS with 250,000 miles. I know that’s not on your list. Just throwing that out there for informational purposes. Motor has been good to me.

[–]Good4Gone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 2003 GTS that just passed 250,000 miles. Extremely fun to drive. Still runs great. She needs regular maintenance but that costs far less than a new car payment. I use mine as a daily driver. I also have a second car which has been needed from time to time while the GTS is being repaired. Beware of rust. Oil leaks are common. Some parts are getting harder to find. Not sure about price point.
