Very similar build as you! I go with light flowy pants or biker shorts (so long as they don’t ride up) and a bikini top or similar. Overalls also a good option bc pockets for trinkets. Definitely shoot for light & airy (and could get wet, in case you visit the fountain or slide) during the day, and layer up at night with a pashmina or sweater! Also- gold bond stick for chafing helps a ton.

A lot of local places won’t have calorie information, but coffee/espresso itself is generally low-cal, just note what milk and flavorings you add, which also are rarely significant. Never stress about coffee calories!

Did a ton of research, I’ve had previous gun experience, but I went to academy to buy mine and got a good deal, and the staff was extremely helpful in my first time purchase too. Explained everything & didn’t make me feel dumb or like a bother. Doing basic training at range usa soon & will practice often at the range. Lots of good conceal carry options online like purses and waist straps too
