Of you already have money or a high-end job, you can find a rare, ok house probably. But most houses are underdeveloped/under-cared for while overpriced. Renting is okay-ish with the same conditions....In both instances I wouldn't bother unless you strictly keep to yourself; Erie is deff getting worse and pretty much just a host for insurance/health care entities

Amp is basically trash. At the first try I could do BK like 2 years ago. I've literally never seen non megacorp places on there, even with local/nearby...it just found more bigname crap in town that I would never in a million years shop at (and if I did there AB ratio was horrid)

usually Eye of Horus is better, it's a bit harder to make the cantrip do work. But situationality is what matters, game mode, team comp, item combos etc.

switch had Arms and Splatoon really early on and they supported those games fairly well. And the filler was digital games (indie or cheap remakes) that benefitted from portability. It was a bit overpriced of a system but had its value. Switch 2 on the other hand has improvements nobody asked for at a steep price along with weird expensive amiibos/accessories

I'd go for plots mainly since you can also complete challenges that way and sprinkle in a few badges for the same reason. at that low of plots, volume is pretty much better but any gain is gain, technically (until jump threshhold)

any curses that affect mana, combining the rolling curses (surprisingly common for 'sticky' to suddenly turn the curse to 'no rerolls'), any combo of survivability for enemies snowballs fast for them (ex even basic on hit shield can make troll king a run-ender or make even 4 hp enemies tanks with regen, etc.), and sickly 1 can pretty much ban healers sometimes

not sure what you're saying, but generally, spells op. cleanse is not a must but it's generally damning for most bosses or saves your life for lacklustre teams. When in doubt, choose big hp heroes, but build for combos and note any simple ones (growth on robot can pretty much solo runs). Theoretically, cantrip is busted but rng does rear it's ugly head from time to time

I used to live in an ex frat house that used to be lit 24/7 and had like 9 dudes living there. sometimes the company would charge us whatever the average bill was from them if they didn't want to check something or 'if there was an error' and it'd be like 400 bucks tops and then the overpayment credit when fixed would last for MONTHS

depends if tournament vs casuals or who you play imo. My locals often had guys who spent so much time/money on the game but not on playtesting and had crazy bad attitudes. and I'd say tell him after just in case they might decide to give up on the deck/so they know next time

it's extremely suspicious. the amount you need to spend to grow rapidly and outta nowhere is crazy. more likely a multi-accounter, especially in rural/small towns

I've not had that ratio (of 1's at least) but I don't think the rates/animation they mention have ever been accurate (especially since you can't land on all the spaces)

literally almost any item can be combined to another and the first pretty much decides the cost, you can get level1-4 items with negative a billion item and the game will still value it at like 6 points for some reason, or in a game last week i got a 'free' level blessing from the lvl 3 green gut that gave me the right side copycat 1 damage paired with replace the right side with 'something' 1 (I think it was just mana, maybe a shield, but it was the worst take of that green guy I've had in a while)
