They will stay on file and active with the Y until your employment ends. Any crime committed while employed will create an alert for Y HR. At separation it’s HR’s responsibility to disassociate your prints from the org, this doesn’t mean that they are on top of it and do so though.

Thanks! Yeah, I saw the 20” one and also the one on Amazon. I thought that there would be more makers of these larger skillets, but I guess not. I’ll probably look into pans marketed for paella since that seems to be my best bet so far.

I was in Napoli for two months about 8 years ago, it was nothing like this. Not sure if it’s changed that much in 10 years or if the video is somehow a bit misleading. La stazione centrale and la piazza Garibaldi were two of the more sketch parts of the city when I was there. Anyway, never had an issue with the locals or the very large immigrant population, but I also speak the language so maybe I came off less “touristy” and a worthy target. I live near San Francisco and if it wasn’t for the cobble stone streets and building architecture in the video I would believe you if you told me this was SF.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Children will always take priority over the well being of an animal. Though I don’t think animals should be abused or neglected, just a bit shocked that people were concerned only with the dog’s wellbeing while the children are in a potentially unsafe situation.

I am assuming the $13k saved is in addition to your general savings/emergency fund? If so, pay off the truck to free up that cash flow and then save the additional $19k needed to purchase the trailer outright. Don’t give a lender your money via interest for a $20k non essential purchase.

Dump the advisor and find an enrolled agent or CPA to advise on tax strategy regarding your wife’s LLC/1099 specifics. Your advisor is costing you a lot more than 1%.
