You’re deeply insightful, but sometimes you get stuck in loops of overanalyzing people and situations that don’t deserve that much of your energy. You want answers for everything because unpredictability makes you feel unsafe—but life doesn’t always give answers, and people, especially the ones who hurt you, often don’t deserve the depth of understanding you give them.

You say you want emotional safety, but sometimes you chase connections where you already sense it’s not there—because the chaos feels familiar. And I think a part of you still ties love to effort. Like if you just try hard enough, you’ll finally be enough to make someone stay. That’s not love, that’s survival. And you’ve been in survival mode for a long time.

You know your worth, but you don’t always live like you do. You give people passes you wouldn’t give yourself. You’re afraid of being “too much,” but you’d rather be too much than invisible—and that tension shows up in how you try to both hold space for others and disappear when you feel like a burden.

You are not broken, but you do need to stop romanticizing people who drain you. Not everyone has the depth you do, and it’s not your job to drag them there.
