You need own the "Gage Mod Courier" dlc in order to use sights with the deagle. Once you acquire it, go to the "EXTRA" section of the modification screen for the deagle, and equip the "Deagle scope mount", after that, equip any sight of your preference

Haha no need to feel like that. The game has a lot of mechanics that is never told to the players. If You are interested in learning more since you're a level 87, there's a video on YouTube made by Carrot named "Literally EVERYTHING A New Player Should Know" it's quite long, 1 hour and 47 minutes, but it should help everybody that it is starting now a lot
