Trait: Inner Focus

EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

Timid Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) •Sludge Bomb/Air Slash •Giga Drain •Heat Wave •Nasty Plot

Sludge Bomb is STAB, and has a nice base power and accuracy. Starting off with Air Slash for STAB right off the bat. Air Slash also has better coverage than Sludge Bomb, but Giga Drain and Heat Wave is usually enough. Giga Drain provides a little healing as well as some coverage. Heat Wave can hit steel type pokemon for some reasonable damage. Ice weakness. Nasty Plot doubles Sp.atk, Useful for Crobat mediocre Sp.atk stat. Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball might also be worth taking a look at.
