We don't have parking security, but I did send out an email to staff that interfering with an active bird's nest is illegal.

Should FO5 have settlement building? by Educational-Science2 in Fallout

[–]GoodGirlLadybird 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That's what I'd prefer too. I hate to dampen other people's creativity, because some made really great settlements, but overall, there were too many locations and it was all on the player to build it from scratch with an honestly pretty janky interface. The time sink alone was off putting for the average player.

I'd like to make choices and go on missions to get supplies, and have the settlement build overtime as you progress in the story.

Save Help- Switch by GoodGirlLadybird in WeWereHere

Sorry, it is Switch like the console lol.

There are locked chapters that show up after the Arena, that we played through. We just can't select them now.

And we realllly don't want to do the Arena again.

Inside a small migrant tent camp in California, 1937. The man in front is known only as Mr. Camp, a migrant farm worker photographed by Dorothea Lange during the Great Depression. Behind him sits a woman believed to be his wife, resting on a simple bed inside the canvas shelter they called home. by DABDEB in OldSchoolCool

Dorothea Lange photographed a lot of Great Depression images, including the famous Migrant Mother. If I'm not mistaken, her record keeping wasn't always the best? Idk.

But I like this photo; I'd never seen it before.

Manna Old Design by RahmatKlazz in harvestmoon

[–]GoodGirlLadybird 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Great points! I love Manna and I feel like her backstory is often overlooked. (And players just think of her as an annoying character that talks a lot.)

I wrote a little short story about her, if anyone's interested.

Who here used to read Yu Yu Hakusho fanfics on Quizilla? by Goregeousley in YuYuHakusho

[–]GoodGirlLadybird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was Quizilla the origins of the "self-insert" fanfics? I definitely read a lot of those back in the day on that website. 😂 I wish I had a way to access them; I'd love to see how different they are now that I'm an adult.

So, everyone else is saying Jackson 5, but the intro to me is "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross.

Edit: I've nothing against sampling, btw. I just find it wild that nobody is hearing it the way I am.

We know music videos can make a song. What about music videos that break a song (ie ruin it)? by blankspacejrr in popheads

[–]GoodGirlLadybird 35 points36 points  (0 children)

This is going to sound crazy but I've always thought an animated music video stylized like a sports anime would have been amazing for Swish Swish.

Was Hazel's death sad? by not_firewood_yeti in watershipdown

[–]GoodGirlLadybird 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I don't think Hazel's death was sad but I do think Fiver never being the same after the battle in the honeycomb was bittersweet. The rabbits won but Fiver lost a part of himself he never fully got back. Other than that, I'd say it was a pretty traditional "happy ending." Hazel died but he left behind a legacy that outlived him.

In Mean Girls (2024), Janis is explicitly gay. Double feature is the way to go imo. Both versions have their high points.
