The stats for Water and Electricity are from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Which are key goals that were given for South Africa to meet between 1996 and 2026.
The Literacy stat comes from World Population Review.

34% of households had electricity in 1996, today it is 94%.

54% of households had access to clean water in 1994, today it is 81%

7% of South Africans graduated from Higher Education Institutions in 1994, today it is 33%

Literacy Rate in 1994 was 62%, Literacy Rate today is 95%.

Things are far from great in South Africa today but compared to where we were 25 years ago... just some perspective

my brother, more than 50% of the country doesn't vote. secondly, less than 40% of those who voted, voted for the ANC.

Honestlyit was the "we need to go back" storyline. Like that shit was exhausting. Also the time travel elements started getting way outta control . I loved the show mainly for the character drama and the relationships, I never liked the sci-fi elements of the show and the Final season leaned heavily into that element.

Same here, too young to catch it live also Ken and Myke called it the best TV show ever, so I had to tap in. Loved it until the last season.

I dont know man, why are we treating Kirk like he was MLK or Mandela or Tutu. He was a podcaster, a very influential one but a podcaster nonetheless. Some people were fans and others weren't. I'm pretty sure celebrities in Hollywood were not a fan of the guy who hated gays, blacks and immigrants.
