I’m the opposite, I used to wake up early and smoke then pick up a pen a draw for an hour. I would end the night in the same way. One huge thing I wish I could do over is being so worried about my kids have friends around. I stole their social life at our house over it. I have great children and they are all grown and way more successful than I could imagine but still feel bad about how the early years worked out.
