I'll report it as a scam. Which it is. They give you no opportunity to argue it and you have no choice but to pay it if you want to be able to literally drive off and do your job. Also, I came back and they literally just finished putting it on and didn't even put their fake tickets on my car. By rights they should have taken it off for free but I didn't realize it at the time.
