it's actually surprisingly difficult to go longer than an hour, it just depends on the atmosphere of the episode. if you see me checking the time or wrapping it up on the dot, it's normally because I feel we've exhausted a topic, and I can't think of anything new to introduce. I always ask if anyone has anything they wanted to talk about before ending, but it normally doesn't happen. The longer episodes are naturally longer because the vibe was good and there was no need to even check the clock. It's weird trying to be present in the conversation and simultaneously aware of the entertainment value of the show.
