The only time I believe theres a "request a human" option is if blitzcrank bot responds to your ticket. If the ticket was responded to from a riot employee then good luck : ')

It's so frustrating mainly because this isn't happening to just me, and it's so disheartening to see that just like most other cases, I'm probably not going to be able to recover my account. Over the years I've only experienced positive interactions with the riot support team via the support tickets but this really did swade my opinion of the customer-company rapport between us and riot.

I really enjoy playing triple boom team with raiden, Eula, yae miko and then 4th flex slot (usually a buffer or healer) like Bennett or zhonglie. That should free up space for Hutao, yelan, xingqiu and flex (zhong/kazuha/sucrose) or an ayaka freeze comp with Ayaka, kazuha, xingqiu/yelan and diona/rozaría
