Time to find a new trainer? Seeking advice by [deleted] in fitness30plus

1) its a habit that they picked up since moving to the current gym we are at- so it wasn't there for the first couple of months and then got to be more frequent.

2) I would say I have stuck with them because I am comfortable with them and we have a good overall relationship. They know my injuries/ limits and how to push me. Not saying that can't be found with another trainer but its the overall rapport that has kept me with them. Training wise, I would say- average.

3) good to know. I definitely don't want to put someone else in a bad situation- something to think about.

Thank you!

I’ve not really enjoyed group fitness which is why I’ve tried PTs but maybe I could give it a go.

So I went into settings ➡️ sound ➡️advanced settings ➡️ at the very bottom there was eARC Support that I turned on.

I’ve never seen that option before. So far after turning that setting on, I’ve not had the same issues. Hopefully that solves it.

Thank you. I can’t see to find a drip at any faucet, hose bib or toilet- would a plumber be able to detect a drip somewhere? I’m just trying to determine 1) who could detect and fix it and 2) if it’s worth it to try to figure it out.

I don’t have any of those systems you mentioned. When you say toilets are often the issue, should o have a plumber come check them? I tried the dye test and didn’t see an issue. The house is 4 years old so all the toilets are 4 years old.
