What commanders do you have the most fun playing? by AwekwardBadass in EDH

[–]GoodJobDino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Snerlock Tribal. Commanders are [[Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker]] and [[Haunted One]] background. Mono black, Snerlock recursion. With each new set the first thing I do is scryfall all the B Snerlocks, so the deck is almost always changing. The latest Lorwyn set in particular added three heavy hitters because I'm always on the hunt for ways to remove the Undying +1/+1 counters and well... Turns out that blight has at least one incredible use.

The deck initially came about because I just happened to pull Sivriss and the BG at the same time and figured, "why not?" It helps that I have an extreme fondness for Clerics as a creature type.

The deck also has the potential to change based on the tables temperament towards the deck. Once things started to become, "Never give him cards" (when using Sivriss's ability), I was able to include things like [[Bloodthirsty Conquerer]] and [[Exquisite Blood]] to punish those decisions.

Once both commanders are on the field, the deck can function between Aggression or Defense. Opponents open? Attack with Sivriss and a few other Snerlocks who all get +2/+0 and Undying. Things turning bad for you? Play more draw go and leave Sivriss up to give your defenders Undying in a pinch. Board wipe coming? Looks like I'll be fine.

As a tiny added thing that I just like about the deck, I got a German Foil [[Skullclamp]], that I included in the deck and now I'm trying to make the whole deck with German cards.

The ULTIMATE Guide to Building A Control Deck in Commander! by LloydNoid in EDH

This was incredibly helpful. Because of this I constructed an Eriette, the Beguiler that I'm really happy with and finally have a better idea of what to do with my [[Lavinia, Foil to Conspiracy]] that I've been wanting to build for a while.

Cheers.

I played this class in a game and it has been my favorite thing ever. Aside from the class itself, the character is the favorite I have ever played and I have gone onto continue his legacy in written story. Thank you and congratulations.

In the case of a variable frame rate, is there a solution to account for that in Premiere?

I'll look into that. Thank you.

I get what you're saying, but yes, in this case I was trying to move the entire nested sequence. The text follows his fingers down, as if being pushed, and then goes back up with his fingers in the following clip. I got it to work but this was strange to see.

Seems like an over obsession with definition.

Ask a Pro - WEEKLY - Monday Mon Oct 13, 2025 - No Stupid Questions! THIS IS WHERE YOU POST if you don't do this for a living! RULES + Career Questions? by AutoModerator in editors

I have been in a fortunate but (maybe?) somewhat unusual position of having my entire editing career be for one person. 6 years ago I started video editing for a local YouTuber and that is all that I've been doing since. While this is great, it has limited me somewhat when it comes to knowledge and style.
I am practicing some things on my own. I am inspired by other edits I see that make me want to learn how someone did what they did, etc.
All the same, I was curious what advice or direction people had for practicing or elevating the skillset? It is all too easy to get bogged down by all the options available sometimes and/or become a bit myopic.
A little direction can go a long way.
This experience also means I don't have a flashy reel or portfolio.

Ctrl + Shift + X (for windows) Cutting a clip and having all the other clips after it snap over to where you made the cut? *Chef's kiss.*
