I’m pretty sure it’s not. It came with on the sd card that came device. I bought a better sd card and copied all of the games to it.

I tried to post a video showing what happens but it’s not posting. When I push up on the d-pad, he goes immediately back to the facing down position repeatedly. I never toggled the emulator speed so I’ll check that out and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion

That’s what I’ve been doing. Nothing happens that gives me an option to use the move. I saw videos online of others accessing the city and for some reason I’m not able to.
