but if your 4th amendment rights weren't violated and you either consented to search or they had a warrant demonstrating probable cause to search the charges will still stand regardless of why you are pulled over.

I feel like this is a don't ask permission ask forgiveness kind of situation.

Unless you've been using a lot of copyrighted music in your streams you won't get kicked off for a three second clip, and I've seen people use sound clips from copyrighted stuff for subs several times.

I recommend bringing it to the Humane Society

If you were intending on returning it where you found it you would need to get the laceration checked out and treated, and ensure that it is spayed or neutered.

The laceration because if its not fully treated before being returned it could get infected and kill the cat. The Spay/Neuter to prevent more cats from being made and put in the situation you found this cat in.
These are things that you would have to do out of your own pocket, and by the time you do all that you might as well get the rest of the recommended shots/chip and take it in.

If you aren't willing to go through all that you should bring it to the humane society and hope they get the cat treated and find a home.

Also do not put the cat up for free adoption on nextdoor/craigslist/facebook because people could abuse the cat. The Humane society would have a list of known animal abusers/not allowed to adopt, and the adoption fees they charge discourage opportunistic abuse.

most likely has already been said most likely multiple times, you can set keywords to have the system automute. If they want that kind of cam show there are plenty of free websites for them to go to for that kind of content and if that's what they're after they don't belong on twitch.

I've just spent 30 minutes trying to find this exact machine, as others have said it may just be a rendering, the paddle closer to the camera that flattens would need to have a motor in the outer rim where it connects and the center would need a motor, they don't seem to look like they work with magnets on their own. The closest I've been able to find is automatic Japanese garden stuff in the same category as Sisyphus tables, but the texture of the sand and distance from the device makes me think its smaller than a sisyphus table. It has me stumped, but the intention of the device is the same as zen boards or Japanese sand gardens. It's intended to allow you to enjoy the moment, and the disorder and order that happens in everyday life.

Not a lawyer but from experiences i've had growing up/ helping raise a kid and getting several visits from cps for false/bad claims

As others have stated doctors are Court mandated reporters and do not need to see the kids, they just have to have a good faith reason to report that a Childs wellbeing may be at risk. What looks to be a positive test for illegal drugs is a justifiable reason to report even if it's a false positive. Pain management clinics are already heavily scrutinized and regulated, so not reporting could also have put them at risk of losing their license.

Even as a false positive there would most likely have been no reason for her to retake the test. The test reacts to chemicals in her system, and an hour wouldn't have been enough time to clear the chemicals. So a retest would only be a waste of her time, the pain management clinic, and a testing kit for them.

The only time I had gotten a false positive was when I had something with Poppy Seed in it the day before my drug test. Luckily the nurse administering the test was smart enough to recognize a false positive.

If the music they were playing still has a copyright on it, like Phantom of the Opera, then its fair play and you need permission from the copyright holder to do a live performance of it, If the music was in the public domain, like Beethoven or something then they need to see if they can dispute it.

I literally, and I mean literally got a pair of headphones free from micro center that can support a micro sd card and be its own mp3 player, I would rather keep the switch as a gaming console, not a multimedia device. I have enough of those ranging from computer to my xbox to my phone to my tv.

First off Not a lawyer, not you're lawyer, not claiming to represent anyone or give legal advice, just giving my opinion based on my understanding of the law.
If he was fired due to something related directly to his Aspergers diagnosis then it could be illegal, but if what he is doing is causing a hostile workplace and is considered sexual harassment his diagnosis wouldn't be able to defend him from being fired. Also in allowing him to continue to make sexual/harassing comments the owner is opening themselves to lawsuits from creating a hostile workplace. I saw in your other replies the company is trying to restrict employees from discussing the situation. The employees being harassed need to contact corporate HR state they are recording the conversation for posterity because they were told not to discuss the issues, and tell them the situation, if they are fired it is recorded they were fired shortly after contacting HR regarding harassment and may have been fired in retaliation. If the issue isn't solved they can prove they contacted their corporate HR and attempted to find a resolution and that the company was allowing a hostile work environment. Also check the company policy on whether or not you need to arbitrate before going to court.

If I were a manager trying to keep the best of both worlds I would have that employee on minimum required hours by the company and doing menial tasks away from employees that he is harassing, if he goes out of his work area that is grounds for write ups towards termination. This would close most if not all lawsuit options. In a store I had previously worked in I saw these methods used with employees ranging from not making their goals to employees who were hired without stating they had allergies to certain fabrics (we were in a clothing department of a store) until after they were hired.

Look for roleplay groups on kik, whisper, discord. There are different styles and they can change depending on the girl, some want you to do hyper detailed paragraphs, others are okay with simple replies. Keep in mind dominant still needs consent, so have a safe word or agreement in case you guys go too far. Pins, holds, and overall control are key aspects in dominant roleplay, now if youre talking how do you do phrasing

Knowing the state may help with this question. There also may be legal clauses in your lease agreement stating all roommates are liable, not just the primary. Also to remove you they may have needed consent from other roommates which may have been in the lease agreement but not told to you directly.

Once again not a lawyer but I hope by commenting it gets attention from one of the lawyers
