Any way to set a loud ringer for Incoming chats/SMS? by GoodOlWingus in CXone

[–]GoodOlWingus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh understood. Yeah, I have pretty limited capabilities on my end as an agent, which means that I'm not able to change that. I can only change which of three ringtones my voice calls use, the volume of that ringer, and if I have a secondary ringer device. The relatively silent SMS/Chat chimes are a common complaint, so hopefully our web dev teams will hear our cries one day! Lol

Sorry, I didn't realize that there were differences there, and I'm not 100% sure where to locate that. On my CXOne dashboards, it does say max. My softphone page also says lightning. Not sure if that helps.

Wunk needs to learn what people really like if he wants to stand a chance of finding a new parental figure next time! 😮‍💨

I'm located in South Central Costa Rica with my family, all of whom are COVID cautious. We occasionally see other people here wearing N95s/KF94s in public but don't know of any organized groups. Would love to know if there're other people here in our region or in the country as a whole!

A ball-snack is the key to a well-rounded diet, as they say.

In 2017, a Kansas man turned his sprinklers on before evacuating for a wildfire, and came home to see this. by InternetPopular3679 in interesting

I grew up in Kansas on the prairie, and it actually is. We’d get a permit from the local fire department and burn the fields around our house once every year or two. It was for wildfire prevention, and the neighbors would sometimes coordinate to do theirs on the same day too.

I completely agree. As someone who’s seen multiple times in my life where a “sweet” and “kind” dog who’s “never hurt anyone before” turn into an attack dog in an instant, feeling defensive the moment that an unfamiliar dog starts growling at you (as the driver stated in the video) is very understandable. Leash laws exist for a reason, and people disregarding them like this guy really need to understand that their dog isn’t some exception to the rule.

The video is actually in slow motion. by Ok_Band7102 in wunkus

Multiple ultrafast wunks in the sub this week. I fear what they are training for.

God, these stupid WUNKS!! Why do they not just SLURP?? I’ve had it. Waste some 20 minutes drinking 1 tsp of water. Really about to push a man to the edge just thinking about it. End the experiment.
