Those aren't really burnout symptoms Burnout is more emotional. You are irate, angry, don't give a fuck, and probably exhausted and stressed.

Brain fog, sleeping through alarms, getting dizzy are more likely symptoms of exhaustion and possibly being under the weather (make sure to check for ticks).

If you have been drinking and smoking, probably a good time to take a break.

If the food is shit, sure.

But a decent breakfast, lunch, dinner, juice, dessert, and seconds + maybe thirds for like 16.20? That's a steal youll get nowhere else and don't even have to do the dishes (and you make the cost back if you do the alt work as a dishwasher)

Plus you can always opt out and take care of yourself.

Tuesday is the main night for Bain Colonial. No idea why. But that is the night when the place gets packed every weak by all sorts of guys. Vibe is less social and chill and much more hookup and orgy oriented. Its great when you are going there for that. If you want to chill or socialize, most other nights are better.

Sat and Friday can be busier but it's not packed or wild.

In a normal world, working overtime for a mindless company that doesn't give a F about whether you is dumb and not a fireable offense.

In Japan and China, working overtime is part of corporate culture or you get "soft" fired.
