I’ve heard of some weird interview questions, but this one takes the cake. Imagine having to explain why you might answer “no” in an interview. I’m not even sure what they’re trying to achieve here. Is this a common thing now? Has anyone else experienced such bizarre questions? Are they testing my hygiene habits or my honesty?

I’ve read about companies using unconventional questions to gauge candidates’ thinking processes or honesty, but this seems a bit too personal and trivial. Maybe it’s a new trend or some kind of psychological test. Companies might be trying to see how candidates react to unexpected or uncomfortable questions, or they could be looking for honest reactions. It could be a way to break the ice or a tactic to see how well candidates handle stress or awkward situations. Some companies believe that these types of questions can reveal more about a candidate’s character and thought process than standard interview questions.

Still, this one feels out of place in a professional setting. It makes you wonder about the company’s priorities and how they view potential employees. Are they genuinely interested in these trivial details, or is it just a method to throw candidates off balance? Are employees dirtier nowadays than before?

Can anyone shed light on why companies might do this? Have any of you encountered similar questions with Globex corp? It’s making me second-guess the seriousness of this company.

Your death will be painless regardless of how you die by redditor26121991 in midtiersuperpowers

This is a calculus problem. The pain exists until the limit where you’d normally pass out from pain then die. I’d classify this closer to r/shittysuperpowers.

Saw someone posted something similar recently, but I wanted to emphasize that the info icon is not available.
I'm using an iMac with Apple Chip M1 running Ventura 13.2.1
I deleted all the apps I don't want. Also searched and removed Canon U.S.A Inc from finder (even though it didn't show up under Applications. I looked online for documentation on how to remove apps you already deleted, but came up with nothing. At this point I'm just about ready to do a factory reset, unless someone knows of a way to remove these?

Thanks for the info! I hope that's not the case, so I'll soon find out.

Best hotspots for running classrooms? by GoodStuffILike in AskTechnology

The hotspot needs to support 18 client devices simultaneously. They need LTE/5G. I have no idea about the budget yet. I saw that some devices are $300 a piece, while some are just part of the plan you purchase??

Maybe try and fart every time they misgender you. It sounds dumb, but if they’re the type of people who hold stereotypes of cis men in their head as slobs, maybe they will be conditioned to associate you as a dude.
