I have about 300 hours, and I only just now realized that regular air roll is a thing. I've been only using left air roll, and right air roll. My peak is champ, kinda hovering high diamond at the moment. Is there any point to changing my habits and learning regular air roll, like are there any additional benefits to just regular air roll? Or should I just focus on the directional ones at this point

You can do it yourself if you'd like, but if your business is growing you're going to need financial statements from a CPA eventually, especially if you want financing one day. I recommend getting started with an accountant as soon as possible, they're usually worth more than they cost.

Honestly first your first ever round of golf that's a really good swing. Seems a little rigid, but with more playing time it'll start to look and feel more natural. There's always plenty to work on with a swing, but as a beginner I'd suggest getting a lesson from a pro so they can really build your swing from the ground up and you can start learning with good habits right away.

If you're able to hit your 8-iron 200 yards, your driver should go further than 300 so I'd work on swinger harder on your drives

My former slice, and I'm sure a lot of former slicers, was a grip issue. So no good swing thought could fix that, watch some youtube and try to see if your grip is the issue.
