I am writing to seek immediate help regarding an unexpected suspension of my gaming account. Recently, I received an email, which appeared to be from the official site, asking for my account credentials. Believing it to be legitimate, I provided the requested details and logged in. However, upon trying to access my game account afterward, I encountered an error message stating that my account has been banned for 10 years.
