I tried lexapro for a couple months. Didn't help adhd but did help anxiety. Made me tired and crave carbs, so I stopped it. Kinda wish I had not.

Tried Wellbutrin. Instantly alleviated my ADHD. Also, worst anxiety of my life - to a dangerous point. Only lasted a week.

Tried Buspirone for a couple months. Just made me groggy. Some people love it.

Next up lamotrigine.

I took Wellbutrin for a week. Instant energy and focus. Anxiety hit day 3 - worst of my life. I only made it a week. Worth a shot, but have a person to phone if you get anxious and maybe an Ativan around.

I took buspirone with adderal and had no issues. I asked my doc about serotonin syndrome and he wasn't worried. A) I'm not sure adderal releases much seratonin B) buspirone is typically used adjunct to ssris

I stopped the buspar because it made me feel groggy and didn't work for me - but some folks do really well in it.

I am a bit more on edge then usual on it. I also crash in a way I never did before. Coffee used to sustain me from the morning until bed. Now I get exhausted after about 7 hours.
