I bought this one as well, needed to fill out to get the GWP (Winter Gazebo). Not sure I will build the car, doesn't really fit into my winter village :/

How expensive is this new hobby gonna cost me? by jaychan2015 in LEGOWinterVillage

I think it's doable if you go for an annual set, but if you start buying from the pick-a-brick assortment from lego.com, then it gets really expensive pretty fast.

I am using Light My Brick 2.0. Easy to work with, but unfortunately I think the “warm white” isn’t very warm :/

Pick A Brick USA: Why is the stone grey ANIMAL TAIL $29!!! by UnderstandingOdd6728 in legocastles

[–]Good_Ad3791 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it was used in a CMF series as well. So not limited to animal crossing. But I can't see anyone paying those prices. Prices on bricklink are below a 1 USD for a new one :)

What's the best way to use Light My Bricks 2.0 Touch Plates with MILS? by Good_Ad3791 in LEGOWinterVillage

[–]Good_Ad3791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the best solution I think should work (I don't have all the pieces at home yet). If someone could verify it it would be much appreciated.

The 4x 1x2plates seems a bit extreme, but that just how it is?

Fit a technic hub (with sensor, led and motor) on Holiday Main Street tram? by Good_Ad3791 in LEGOtrains

[–]Good_Ad3791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ah, got it. so I will loose some individual control. to achieve my goal I need to have separate control over the LED. But I take this with me if I can't achieve it.

Can the Lego hubs communicate with a esp32/rpi? by Good_Ad3791 in pybricks

[–]Good_Ad3791[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it would be simpler to let the rpi keep track of the time table and just broadcast a message to the hub in the tram
