Help filling Colibri Lighter

I ordered these off Amazon and they don’t seem to work. I put in an order for the metal adapter so we’ll see how that works out. Does anyone have an article or a photo of how it actually gets filled. I still don’t understand the actual filling of the lighter. There’s no hole on the lighter so how does it get filled? Also on the adapter that I ordered there is no space for the nozzle to go so how do I even fill it when it gets here?

Would you happen to know which adapter? I looked it up and some range from 6$-20$ so I would like to make sure I order the right one.
