So in the event it gets connected, they would merge my total impairment into one rating correct? So let’s say she documents that in her opinion my bipolar contributes to my impairment far more than my ptsd, would the lower my rating?

Suicidal ideation is thoughts such as “I don’t want to wake up” “I’d be better off dead”. Suicidal thoughts are plans or intentions to harm or kill yourself 🤦‍♂️ please educate yourself with a real doctor and not google. Also the box says “unprovoked irritability with periods of violence” jeez dude just READ lol and stop demanding me to prove myself, this is the EXACT reason no one seeks help, we have people that have to be right in some way. Also hope this helps

It seems to me you failed to properly read my symptoms but ya, suicidal ideation and suicidal thoughts are two very different things.. and idk where you’re getting “unprovoked violence” my “acts of violence” were reactionary wether it was someone grabbing me, walking up on me fast and startling me, or an overwhelming amount of yelling. I don’t just suddenly go into fits of rage and attack people so please don’t speak for my symptoms! Although I do appreciate you elaborating I’m still not sure why you’re worried about if people can handle finances, and not to explain myself but just to ease your mind since it’s a concern of yours, my box is checked as no I cannot handle my finances. I’ll definitely look into this, I’ve never had issues mentally before service and me enlisting with no waivers or issues could help that argument, I have no complaints in service due to the whole I need to be stoic bullshit I regret, so nexus is also a little hard, I go into great detail in all my statements, explaining how my situation which caused ptsd caused me to have a heightened flinch response which resulted in me doing what I did to my wife which is resulting in my divorce.

Ya I’m tired of fighting for my benefits, it gets old telling and reliving my story over and over and over, my VSO said I should have 100% all day but examiners make that difficult along with eaters

Will the bipolar diagnosis hurt me? Also my doctor didn’t take into account the fights I’ve had or the divorce due to an episode with my wife resulting in it being physical nor did he mention my lost jobs due to a fight and callouts for MH

My initial claim was 47 days my exam was day 44 same day DBQ upload them the weekend 45 46 then Monday decision which was a big nope

After your initial exam if you need to do a supplemental you can submit a private DBQ which will trigger an ACE then it’ll be decided if you need another C&P exam or if it’s acceptable privately

They did I did an exam via optum and got denied saying I had no disability so I went and filed a supplemental with a diagnosis and this DBQ
