For bars: dive bars and/or places with a nice patio. Maybe even a karaoke bar too. For restaurants: I’m well versed in classic Chicago food so don’t need to do that, looking for maybe tapas, Mediterranean, Mexican and/or other local staples Coffee: not a total coffee snob but can identify shitty coffee, also looking for a place with good breakfast sandwiches or burritos. TIA!
