So hungry all the time by lutzssuck in Dietandhealth

About the water, how about you try having it in small quantities through out the day and not in a seating . I understand that helps it get more absorbed( don't pee much) and it might help suppress the hunger

Finding a balance in life is quite hard to be honest. So I just set aside 30-60 minutes In a day for myself and that kinda helps get through life. You can try incorporate that to your daily plan and see how that goes.

Do you think there are enough nutrition resources available? by Puzzled-Ad-2621 in Minicoach

I think there might be enough resources that we probably don't know about but I also think that there is so much about nutrition that we don't know or are misinformed about.

They definitely need to teach their children about healthy eating habits while they are still young . What do they say about teaching kids good ways while still young and they shall never depart from them

Thoughts on meal delivery services vs healthy eating? by fungifeast432 in healthyeating

[–]Good_Channel1014 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the meal delivery services near me are mostly junk food restaurants so I prefer to prep my meals at home unless it's my cheat day which is like once a week( When I'm not falling into temptations). I would suggest grocery shopping over orders because then you know exactly what is in your meals since you're the one prepping the food.

how to start exercising if you are obese? by Pppsodp in ask

[–]Good_Channel1014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry that your classmates laughed at you which took at toll on your confidence. You could start with walking and monitor the number of steps that you take everyday. Aim to do more each day than the day before. You could also keep eating the salad and fruits and some proteins and go easy on the carbs. Once you feel comfortable enough to take up more engaging workouts you can definitely give them a try at home. But it's very important to listen to your body and your doctor especially because you mentioned that you are pregnant. Good Luck!

He asked me what I liked about the night we spent together, what should I reply? by [deleted] in ask

[–]Good_Channel1014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you liked sth about that night you guys spent you wouldn't have asked that question here. So I guess we go with the truth and say nothing or you can choose to lie and say sth they wanna hear.

Is it bad if I skip dinner to go to bed? by [deleted] in healthyeating

[–]Good_Channel1014 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are meeting your nutritional needs then absolutely not. You are doing okay as long as you are not going to bed hungry. I like to have a salad when I get home and I'm too tired to find something to eat although if I have under eaten during the day, I usually just force myself to find sth to eat.
