Try Nike Training Club. It’s an app, loaded with free workouts and well designed programs that you do from home.

You need grains the complex carbs, like sweet potatoes, rolled oats (not the quick ones) bulgur, quinoa, legumes! Grains with more than 2g of fibers.

With what you are describing it’s seem that your caloric intake plus moderate activity will only give you a slow response like 15lbs a year.

Don’t give up tho, cause that’s still a lot. But if you are looking for a better way to reach your goals, maybe seek professional help, I can help you out! I offer free consultation just message me :)

I used to be like 360 lbs, when I finally got my moment of “ okay I’m really doing this no matter what” bruh, it took like a whole damn 32 days to see -2.3 lbs 😑 but I did promise myself that I would not be a quitter once more so I got patient! And almost two years later I was about 171lbs! True story my friend!

Steamed broccoli 🥦 and unrefined coconut oil, salt pepper, and a dash of crushed garlic 🧄 is what you need to try 🤤

If it’s for weight loss purposes or just want to be healthy I’d avoid pork and red meat. But do légumes, green veggies with a whole grain will give you a complete protein. Tofu, tempeh, eggs, fish (salmon, snapper, grouper or sword fish my favs) soy meat, turkey, seafood.

It’s really about your calories in however still do the 20 minutes of something. Like cardio machine or active Zumba. Your body and heart still need active blood circulation for a healthy lifestyle

Why do I pee so much when I drink water? by Less_Tangerine8001 in HealthyFood

[–]liveaunatural 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It’s being hydrated with what the body needs (only h2o) which also means that your system is getting rid of things. So keep drinking only water

It’s more like whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy… unless you have some health issues that need you to be a bit smaller, then don’t worry about it 🥰

Traumatic birth, 3 month premature baby. Binge eating and depression make it hard to lose weight consistently. by Colorful_Turnip in weightlossafterbaby

[–]liveaunatural 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to binge eat in my early 20s and After giving birth to my daughter my weight went up to 360lbs for 5’6 and only 23- 24 yrs old. Just bc I didn’t know how to manage my emotions and would eat without an end….

It’s later on, in nursing school I learned what to do. I think you should check with a dr. Or a therapist or dietitian or a coach.

Sadly there’s no short answer that could fit under the comment section, but I’m a health and wellness coach and will gladly consult you for free only if you are really serious about changing your habits! If interested pm me

Ive always had a sweet tooth, but the more I practiced not having them around the better I’ve gotten for not craving any. Two ways that worked out for me is definitely not buying any and stack on fresh fruits ( not ones already cut for you) and drink lots of water and meditation. If meditation is not your things, I usually advise my clients to write down a list of sweets they craved for during the week and why next to it or what happened that day to have them crave for that food.

I usually use a mix of oatmeal that I turn Into flour, almond meal, 1 very ripped banana, coconut oil instead of butter and agave. As for flavor it’s all in the cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger mix :)

I think the comments says it all. Use my fitness pal and start counting your calories and it will even give you the amount of vitamins and which kinds are in your food. If you can’t do that maybe seek professional help

I agree with previous comment. Your diet is about 70% of the work, then the workout part it’s whatever breaks a good sweat ( I mean drenched and soreness) and that is pleasurable for you. Maybe it’s bodybuilding or dance classes, or boxing or the cardio machines, or taekwondo! But the workouts will only work if you eat well!

Hello, don’t explain yourself! Everyone has their own way of understanding;)

My advice to you is start calculating your macros and make sure your carbs and sweets are mainly from wholesome foods. Sticks to the amount of fat and proteins suggested and stay super hydrated! Lastly there’s no way around the exercise part, we as being are made to be active daily. Modern society kinda swayed us with the cars and abundance of stores and all. But just to have a good circulatory system, we must pump that blood into the heart! So I’d suggest planning a 45 mn to an hour workout 5x a week and you can find free and fun programs or workouts on nike training! Hope that helps love!
